Carrera is an awesome product. It was difficult finding information on returns, but once we got the right person on the line, it was handled very simply and efficiently. We had to return the main board of a new track, and it was replaced without question within 3 weeks. This was over the Christmas holiday, so we were impressed. WIll definitely order from them in the future. Son is 9 and loves this track and remotes.
